Background: Worldwide, approximately 40 pressure ulcer risk assessment scales are available. Despite of this amount, the psychometric properties were tested only for some. Aim: To determine inter-rater reliability of items of selected pressure ulcer risk assessment scales (Braden Scale, Norton Scale and Waterlow Scale).
