(North American Nursing Diagnosis Association) for nursing diagnostics in home care, to make up a relevant set of nursing interventions NIC and through a newly created electronic record to verify the utilization of both classificatory systems in home care.Methods: In autumn 2009 demographic and nursing data will be collected in a group of clients of a selected home care agency (approximately 200 respondents). The article shows results of survey, that was focus on finding psychological, social and biological factors and subjective satisfaction with voice before and after total laryngectomy of patients with carcinoma of larynx. The biggest problem for patients after total laryngectomy is loss communication. More than half patients acquire voice compensatory voice with big bothers.

The paper shows a retrospective study of records from the endoscopic department of the Regional Hospital in Pardubice, Ltd. during the years 2002-2007. The aim of the study was findings analysis in this patients, compare clinical outcomes with data in literature and establish efficiency of test of colorectal carcinoma screening on this department. In this period, there were 365 clients with a positive result of the test examined for occult bleeding. INCIDENCE OF MENTAL PROBLEMS OF CHILDREN IN PRIMARIES SCHOOLS

Our researych was focused on the incidence of mental problems disorder in children in primaries schools. The aim of the work was to identify range of occurrence of psychological problems of children in the primaries schools of 7to 15. The spectrum of the occurrence of psychological problems was assessed by using Conners Parent Rating Scale (CPRS) (Conners, 1972). It was detected numerous existence of psychological problems in children at primaries schools from malfunction with food intake, anxiety disorders, hyperactivity and problems with learning difficulties.

Facilities for the Detention of Foreigners - Poštorná is located in the district of Břeclav. It has started since 2000. During the months from July to December 2007, was in the realised an exploratory investigation, whose aim was to determine the satisfaction of clients Facilities for the Detention of Foreigners - Poštorná, providing Health care and to identify major problems in its supply. Total number of respondents was 108 (19 women and 89 men). The age of the limits ranged from 20 - 40 years.
